leanne hendy
As the director of the company, Leanne first developed her interest in teaching through the British Army.
Originally joining the British Army in 2003 as a Healthcare Assistant, Leanne was responsible for mentoring and assessing those more junior in the workplace. Leanne now works as Registered Nurse, specialised in Unscheduled care and works in the Pre-Hospital and Primary Care setting. Her role now involves delivering more skill based medical courses to both medical and non-medical professionals and with a passion for teaching she has decided to set up this company.
Rebecca ‘becky’ hemming
Becky first gained her teaching qualification and the confidence to instruct in the British Army.
She has been teaching Basic life support and first aid for over 10 years now. Becky left the British Army in 2016, after 12 years to focus on her family. Although the veteran of the team her passion for teaching has never left and she aims to make the course as enjoyable and informative as possible for our clients. Now based in the Midlands, Becky works as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care. Becky has a multitude of qualifications to support her clinical role and she is looking forward to utilising these along with her experience in this extended role.
Kayleigh rodgers
Kayleigh joined the British Army in 2006, where she commenced a career as a regular full time Combat Medical Technician (CMT).
Her role as a Practice Manager has not drawn her away from her Primary Role and she maintains her skills allowing her to take control of any given emergency situation. Her responsibilities in giving first aid in the battlefield and providing medical training has seen her deploy all over the world. Her career within the army has been rewarding and testing, which she has fully enjoyed. As a CMT her role involves her developing the clinical skills and knowledge of those more junior to her and her aim now is to transfer this experience to this exciting venture.
