Employers have a duty of care and our courses are beneficial for everyone within the workplace, varying from 1/2-Day to a 2-Day course. The course is designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge to identify suspected mental health start a conversation and be able to signpost a person towards professional help.

Explore pillars of resilience, or learn to support yourself and your team to reduce stress at work. Alternatively our First Aid for Mental health courses are designed to help employers to provide a positive mental health culture and to provide learners with a range of knowledge of the most common mental health conditions and the skills to be able to act should a condition be suspected.
